RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations and refunds can be made immediately before production approval. Once production has started on approved designs, cancellations and refunds are not possible. For products damaged during shipping, we offer a re-production guarantee. Refunds are not possible.

PREAMBLE This document confirms that by placing an order with ViolaroMarbleSink, the Buyer has fully reviewed, acknowledged, and accepted all product specifications, natural stone characteristics, packaging standards, and return policies.

SECTION 1 – SCOPE AND PRODUCT DETAILS
1.1. General Intent: This agreement finalizes the technical specifications of the custom-made marble product.
1.2. Accuracy: The Buyer confirms that all selected dimensions, material choices, and design features are accurate. ViolaroMarbleSink is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect specifications provided by the Buyer.

SECTION 2 – NATURAL STONE CHARACTERISTICS
2.1. Natural Origin: The product is crafted from genuine natural stone (marble, travertine, onyx).
2.2. Acceptance of Variations: Natural stones are formed through geological processes. The Buyer agrees that variations in veining, flow, tone, and texture are not defects, and guarantees apply only to dimensions and craftsmanship, not visual uniformity.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTION POLICY
3.1. Exclusive Production: Each item is produced solely for the Buyer and cannot be resold.
3.2. Modifications: After production begins (cutting, shaping, or fabrication), no changes to the design or dimensions are permitted.

SECTION 4 – DELIVERY, DAMAGES & INSTALLATION LIABILITY (CRITICAL)
4.1. Packaging: The Seller will crate and protect the product using export-grade materials.
4.2. Shipping Responsibility: If the product is lost or damaged during transit, ViolaroMarbleSink will replace the item free of charge.
4.3. INSPECTION & PROOF:
The Buyer must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
If visible damage exists, the Buyer must send clear photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours. Note: Recording a continuous video while opening the crate is highly recommended to validate shipping claims.
4.4. INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER: ViolaroMarbleSink’s liability ends once the product is delivered safely. We are NOT responsible for damages, cracks, or breakage that occur during installation or handling by the Buyer’s contractor.
4.5. Final Acceptance: Once the product is installed, adhered, or altered in any way, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the product in good condition.

SECTION 5 – CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS
5.1. No Right of Withdrawal: Because the order is custom-made to the Buyer’s specifications, no cancellation or return for a refund is permitted once production has started.
5.2. Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the Seller is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., lost shipment).
5.3. Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authority.

SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to international distance selling and consumer protection.

SECTION 7 – BUYER CONFIRMATION
By purchasing from ViolaroMarbleSink, the Buyer declares:

"I have read and approved the ViolaroMarbleSink Terms of Sale."
"I accept that natural stone variations are not defects."
"I agree to inspect the product before installation and understand that the Seller is not liable for damages occurring during the installation process."
