Payment Terms:
A 50% down payment is required to initiate an order. Once production is complete and prior to shipping, we will send you clear product photos for your final approval. The remaining 50% balance is then due before the products are shipped.
Delivery and Shipping:
The typical production lead time for our products is 2 months, and for tiles, it is 45 days. Please note that standard shipping by sea generally takes an additional 30 days.
